What you’ll be doing

You'll be the operational heartbeat of our Influencer Affiliate programme; from onboarding new Influencer Affiliates to tracking campaigns, managing payments to engaging with creators day-to-day, you'll own a broad and varied remit where no two days look the same.

Community & Creator Relationships

• Manage our Influencer Affiliate inbox and DMs, responding to daily queries

• Review inbound Influencer Affiliates applications and move candidates through the process

• Lead outreach to prospective talents - building a consistent pipeline across relevant niches

• Onboard new Influencer Affiliates with clear, engaging comms that set them up for success from day one

• Actively engage with Influencer Affiliates content and build genuine 1-1 relationships with creators

Operations & Admin

• Process monthly payments and manage gifting send-outs accurately and on time

• Keep our database accurate and up to date

• Distribute send-out sheets for new product launches

Content & Comms

• Brief the design team on deliverables, ensuring everything lands ahead of launches, sale periods and key seasonal moments

• Regularly refresh product briefs in Canva with the latest messaging and content examples

What we’re looking for in you

• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management or a similar community-facing role is a plus – but we welcome applications from recent graduates with a passion for the creator space

• Confident in your written communication skills with the ability to write engaging, on-brand copy for briefs, newsletters and creator comms

• Highly organised – able to juggle multiple workstreams, relationships and deadlines with ease

• Comfortable with data – you can maintain trackers, report on performance and use insight to improve what you do
